We want you to be fully satisfied with Rendertize. If you're not, we offer a straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. After 30 days, all purchases are final.
2. How to Request a Refund
There are two ways to request a refund:
- Via Paddle: Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record and handles all payment processing and refunds. You can contact Paddle directly through their support portal.
- Via email: Contact us at support@rendertize.com with your purchase email and we will process the refund through Paddle on your behalf.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. What Happens After a Refund
- Your tier access will be removed immediately upon refund processing.
- Your credit balance will be set to zero.
- Your stored render images remain accessible in a read-only state for 30 days after the refund, allowing you to download them. After 30 days, they will be permanently deleted.
- Your account itself is not deleted — you may re-purchase at any time.
4. Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Accounts that have been suspended for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
- Only the original purchaser may request a refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are not available. All refunds are for the full purchase amount.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer instead of requesting a refund through us or Paddle, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We strongly encourage contacting us directly first — we will always honour a valid refund request within the 30-day window.
